Preface The following general conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the « Moroccan Sky » website. Any order placed on this website assumes the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

Object The present contract is a distance contract which aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of « Moroccan Sky  » products on Internet, through the CMI « Center Monétique Interbancaire » platform (Interbank banking center). www.cieldafrique.info is a service and trademark of Moroccan Sky .

Definitions In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned below will have the same meaning as in its definition, namely:
« Distance Contract » : any contract related to goods or services between Moroccan Sky  and any Customer/client within the framework of a system of sale or services of distance service coordinated by Moroccan Sky which, for this contract, uses exclusively the Internet network until the completion of the contract, including the closure of the contract itself.
« Customer » : any person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that are not part of his/her professional activity.

Price The prices mentioned on the website are indicated in Moroccan dirhams excluding tax. They are valid at the time of the search by the customer and are those used at the time of the order.
VAT is calculated in the purchase order according to the rate relevant and used on the day of the order. Any change in the rate will be automatically reflected on the products price. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan dirhams.

Payment method To pay your order, you choose the suitable payment method among those offered by Moroccan Sky at the payment page.
In this case, the delivery of the transaction for debiting your account is made within one day of the date of the delivery confirmation.
Your Multi-channel payments are secured by the Interbank banking center (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service.
The Customer guarantees Moroccan Sky that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use the payments method chosen by him/her, during the validation of the Purchase Order.
In case of payment by credit card, the provisions related to the illegal use of the means of payment provided in the agreements concluded between the client and the issuer of the card, between Moroccan Sky and its banking establishment applies.

Confidentiality of Data

The information requested is necessary for the processing of your order and is treated confidentially; you have the right to rectify the data that concerns you. You may receive advertisements from « Moroccan Sky » unless you have specified that you refuse the use of your personal data for its purposes.

Proof of transactions paid by credit card

The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of Moroccan Sky is a proof of all the commercial transactions between the client and Moroccan Sky

Major Forces

Moroccan Sky  is only bounded by the fulfillment of its obligations to the extent that no event of major forces prevents them.
